What is your therapeutic style?
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
At the heart of my practice is a person-centred way of working that fosters a warm, trusting relationship in which you can feel heard, accepted, and able to explore whatever is on your mind. It may be that we also incorporate a psychodynamic way of thinking that can help us understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today.
What can I expect during the first session?
Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what has brought you to therapy in a safe, peaceful space, free from judgment, and at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We can discuss what you would like from counselling, how I work and whether working together feels right for you. If we decide to continue, we will agree on a regular day and time to meet.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
How much do sessions cost?
Sessions cost £70.
